What will it cost?

  In this day and age of multitudes of different companies offering web site services, you will seldom find one that actually listens to what you want. Most will offer a plethora of ready made templates and you would have to choose potentially the same design as any number of others have. You can attempt to do it yourself; learn all the coding and overcome all the mistakes, but why not go to someone that has "been there, done that"?
  For the past seven years I have been learning all these things; what to do, what not to do and through that, the best coding practices. If you are looking for personal interaction with someone that really cares about how your web site will look; then look no further. I will take your ideas and try my best to make them appear on the internet in the way you want them to. None of the big company "here's our product" sort of attitude. I discuss ideas and listen to you and offer my opinion of what might suit your tastes. A bit old fashioned perhaps but this means that you end up with something you can say is truly yours.

 Basic site prices (beginning 1-1-2007) ~~ $200 for a single page and $75 each page additional. So it's like this ( where 5 pages total $500 )
Page 1 $200, Page 2 $75, Page 3 $75, Page 4 $75 , Page 5 $75,
Page 6 $75 ~~  ETC up to 10 pages (something over 10 pages will be case by case based and priced) Upgrades to existing sites will also be case by case basis.
 This pricing does not include any ongoing maintenance. First time original sites recieve 90 days of FREE maintenance in the package. Maintenance is ~~ adding something, making changes and little stuff and will be charged as an hourly rate with a minimum of 1 hour @ $30. Generally most maintenance could be done within an hour; two at most.
